Formation of child protection committee in the disaster affected villages.

1.  Organization believes in the sustainable process of disaster management so focus on it at its initial level. Hence work in the villages with local communities to form village level taskforce in the disaster prone areas.  JJS formed many Disaster Risk Reduction Team in the disaster prone blocks of Murlianj and Gwalpara of Madhepura districts and provided them Life skill training and toolkits that could help them in saving lives during disasters.

2.  Building child friendly flood space where the people from community take shelter during the time of disaster.

It also trained the DRR team to survive during disaster and also work to save other’s lives during disaster.
